Yes. Sample orders are available for quality and fit validation. Samples can be produced to your specifications, and a small pilot run can be arranged before mass production.

Common options include T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. The final payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and sales order.

Small orders can often ship in 3–15 days, while bulk orders commonly require around 25–35 days depending on quantity and customization. MOQ and the confirmed schedule are stated with each quotation.

The standard warranty is 12 months for manufacturing-quality issues. The applicable warranty terms and any performance commitments are confirmed for the specific product and project.

18650 lithium-ion batteries are shipped as regulated dangerous goods through experienced logistics partners. We arrange air or sea shipment using the applicable DG, customs, and transport-compliance procedures.

We can provide MSDS, UN 38.3, and additional documents required for the destination market when applicable, so the shipment can be cleared and transported compliantly.
